Dr. Rose Kaggwa is an an exceptional person that has worked at various management levels within the National Water and Sewerage Corporation as the Director of Business and Scientific Services responsible for Water Quality Management, Training & Capacity Development, and External Services for over 28 years.
Rose is a proud alumna of Gayaza having joined it in the year 1982. She was in Kennedy House and during her six years, she led the dormitory as house leader, was Chapel leader and the Dining Room Prefect as well.
Dr. Rose Kaggwa joined the school again as a parent in 2017 and Chairperson of the PTA and representative to the Board of Governors from 2018 to date. She has spearheaded the feasibility study on the water and sanitation situation, contributed to improvements in the Kennedy House water and sanitation facilities, supported the reconstruction of Corby by bringing together an Architectural and design team drawn from Parents and a team from KCCA among many others.
