Bishop Wilberforce Luwalira of Namirembe Diocese commissioned the Administration Block at Gayaza High School on 29th July 2023. On that day, the Bishop also confirmed 62 students.

Hosted by the Gayaza High School class of 1990 in celebration of 117 years of Never Giving Up, the event which was full of humor, magic, and comedy was graced with the presence of The Princess Elizabeth of Toro, The former minister, and educationist Joyce Rovincer Mpanga and Mrs Miria Obote.

The event was held on the 11th, July 2020 at the Roots restaurant. It was a big event held simply and filled with joy and cordiality.

Gayaza Old Girls held a memorial service in thanksgiving for the life of Miss Ann Cutler and the 40 years of service at Gayaza High School in Uganda. The service was on 12th June starting at 13.00, at St Paul's Cathedral, Namirembe, in Kampala , Uganda.

Miss Ann Cutler's Funeral service was on 10th June 2020, at The Park Crematorium, Aldershot. UK
