You are reminded that the Gayaza Old Girls Association (GOGA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held this Saturday June 27, 2020 from 9:00am to 12:00noon. It will be a virtual AGM conducted on Zoom.
In preparation for the AGM, please take note of the following:
- Registration for the AGM
Please note that only paid up members are eligible to attend and vote during the AGM. Attached is the list of paid up members of GOGA for your reference. In case you wish to pay your membership and subscription fees, our payment options are still open (Bank or Mobile money). Please follow the link below to pre-register for the GOGA AGM 2020.

- Nominations for GOGA Executive Committee 2020-2022
Elections for GOGA Executive Committee 2020-2022 will be conducted during this AGM. Only paid up members are eligible to vote. We thank all those that have sent in nominations for the various positions, and would like to announce that nominations are now closed. Attached is the list of nominees. Please visit our website (www.gayazaoldgirls.com/GOGA-executive-candidates) and social media pages to read and listen to the candidates' brief profiles and manifesto.
- Nomination / selection of GOGA class representatives 2020-2022
We request each class to send in elected / appointed class representatives as determined by members within each class group. Please submit the names to Patricia Kiconco on patkcc@gmail.com by COB Friday June 26, 2020. These will be presented at the AGM on Saturday.
- Call for proposed special resolutions
Proposed resolutions for, discussion and, where needed, adoption by the AGM can be sent to Stella Nakabugo on nakabugostella@gmail.com by COB Friday June 26, 2020.
